Our results show that the trochanteric region of the rat femur (next to the other GW786034 in vivo skeletal sites) must also be mentioned as SHP099 a further skeletal location for studies of the antiosteoporotic effects of drugs, as it contains both trabecular and cortical bone with an intact periosteal shell.
