This work aims to detect potential risks of DRP through the evaluation of medical

records from patients treated in a Clinical-School. 185 clinical records were evaluated. Relevant data of the drug therapy was collected which provided conditions to the analysis. It was identified 61.2% of the subjects in risk to develop one or more DRP. High frequencies of non-adherence to the treatment (98.3%) were observed. Uncontrolled blood pressure (66.7%) was found, but only 32.0% of the patients were in use Nutlin-3 mouse of anti-hypertensive medicine. In addition, it was detected potentially adverse drug interactions, high frequency of drugs without medical prescription and inappropriate use of drugs for elders. Therefore, the detection of the risk to develop DRP justifies the institution of the pharmaceutical care for these patients.”

To evaluate neonatal outcomes in late preterm infants delivered due to preeclampsia. Methods: A retrospective cohort of 3580 infants delivered at 32 0/7 to 36 6/7 weeks gestation was examined. Neonatal outcomes of infants delivered due to preeclampsia were compared with outcomes of infants delivered prematurely due to other etiologies. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the association between preeclampsia and the neonatal outcomes.
